Mindy's Pasta Salad
FRESH. SIMPLE. FAST. FRIDGE PURGE.
INGREDIENTS:
- Cooked pasta of your choice. I like Bow Ties. 
- 1 cup chopped yellow or orange pepper 
- 1 cup chopped cucumber 
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved 
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (you can use feta, parmesan or goat cheese if you only have that) 
- Anything you have in the fridge you want to clean out! (olives, onion, pepperoni, zucchini, broccoli, spinach, peas, bacon, shrimp) 
- 1/2 bottle It Takes Three to Tango dressing (or more to taste) 
INSTRUCITONS:
- Dump cooked pasta in serving bowl. 
- Chop any veggies or meat you have that you are including. Throw them in. 
- Toss in cheese. 
- Cover with dressing and mix. Taste and adjust.
